Appendix 12. Implementation and Monitoring Framework

The Council has developed an Implementation and Monitoring Framework comprising a range of both quantitative and qualitative-based key performance indicators to provide an overall level of focus to the monitoring of the Plan.

The key performance indicators are aligned to the Vision of the County Development Plan and the Overarching Guiding Principles that underpin its delivery, as identified in Chapter 1.  For the purpose of streamlining the monitoring process, the Overarching Guiding Principles are grouped together and presented under the following five main themes and it is these themes that relate to each of the objectives/actions/targets.
