Policies needed around Green Energy Developments

The Draft Development Plan should contain rules/policies around the development of green or other Energy.  There should be clear policies to ensure developers choose appropriate locations for large scale energy developments.  These should not be allowed to be developed on prime agricultural land. 

It would be good to see solid policies around all apects of such developments.  Currently it is too open and unregulated, which could lead to more harm than good coming from such develpments.
