Notice is hereby given that Kildare County Council as the Roads Authority for County Kildare proposes to take in charge the roads, paths, public lights, open spaces, water supply system and both main foul and surface water sewerage systems and to declare the roads to be public roads in the housing estates listed hereunder, following the required statutory display and submissions procedures.

To view the maps in person at Áras Chill Dara, you will be required to make an appointment via the online system on our website or by calling 045 980200.
Objections or representations in relation to the proposed taking in charge should be made in writing before close of business on 02/12/2022. Any such objections or representations which are not withdrawn will be considered by the Council.
Objections or representations should be made via the consultation portal, or emailed to devcontrol@kildarecoco.ie , or posted to the Administrative Officer, Development Control Section, Kildare County Council, Level 4, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare and marked Taking in Charge of “x” where “x” would be the ref. no. and name of the particular estate.
