University College Dublin (UCD)1 has retained Tom Phillips + Associates, Town Planning Consultants2, to make a submission in respect of the UCD Lands at Lyons Farm in the context of Draft Kildare Development Plan 2023-2029. (Figure 1.1.) Specifically, the amendments that we seek affect the following sections of the of Draft Kildare Development Plan 2023-2029:

1: Chapter No. 3, Section No. 3.11.6, Sheet No. 24; and

2: Chapter No. 4, Section No. 4.4.3, Sheet No. 11; and

3: Chapter No. 4, Section No. 4.18, Sheet No. 27.
