I am 41 years of age and have lived in kildare all my life I have 3 children and to think myself or my children will never be allowed to build a house in our own county is disgraceful relying on property developers to build sub standard housing and asking unrealistic prices. We as kildare will never be eligible to build a house in our own county and therefore never be able to build our own houses and we would not make the criteria in other counties either.
I believe this new Kildare County Development Plan is unfair to Kildare natives we will not be allowed build a property on our own lad unless it is 15 hectares while big property developers can come in and build what they like. We are a county very close to Dublin and will be priced out of our children ever been able to afford a property in there own county the current development plan is hard enough for kildare people to get planning permission with this new development plan it will be impossible how is this fare.
