I find it very bewildering and concerning that I am here making another submission on a road that was democratically defeated 3 years ago .
Not sure why KCC think the result will be any different this time.... there is huge public opposition. KCC now need to be held to account for their insistence on proposing the same thing for 20 years despite it being rejected by the local community. How much more money and time is going to be spent on this, when all indications are, it will never go ahead. Surely, it is time for some new proposal/ thinking?
