Land rezoning Roseberry newbridge

Hi Good Morning,

I wonder please of we can get some information around land rezoning in roseberry newbridge for the purpose of housing development.

I believe in 2003/2004, the lands were zoned residential for the purposes of housing development, but in 2013 were de zoned. I'm looking to establish the reasoning for this with the view to rezoning the land for future development, and if so. If I can establish a timeframe for this..
