Smoothing of M4 surface

The M4 next to Leixlip has not been resurfaced. Further up the M4 towards Kilcock the road has been resurfaced. This should be done for the M4 next to Leixlip as well. The major benefits are that it reduces noise levels in housing estates close to the M4 and improves the quality of life for those living there.
It also reduces CO2 emmissions for cars and helps Ireland reach its climate goals.
