I wish to make a submission in relation to lands at Timolin Co Kildare (folio number KE 2181) . I feel that the opportunity exists for rezoning this land for residential purposes. please see attached image.
The reasons for this residential zoning proposal are outlined below :
In the interest of community preservation.
Historically Timolin was a thriving rural community with substantial amenities contributing to the social cultural and economic fabric of life in rural Kildare.
Most of this land is centrally located, in the very heart of the village.
There is excellent road and footpath access with street lighting.
The improvement in TimolinâÃÂÃÂs ancillary services has created the right environment and opportunity for development of the village, at this time.
As the land owner and local resident I would be keen to discuss a suitable development plan for this site.
