Proposed Deletion to the Record of Protected Structures (B22-25 House, French Furze Road, Kildare Town)

Pursuant to Section 55 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 ( as amended) Kildare County Council proposes a deletion from the Record of Protected Structures, included in the County Development Plan 2017-2023, as follows;

The Minister for the Arts, Heritage & the Gaeltacht has made a recommendation in relation to the structure.

The particulars of the proposed deletion are available for inspection from Wednesday January 29th  2020 to Wednesday 11th March 2020 at 5pm, (both dates inclusive but excluding public holidays) at the Planning Office, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare during opening hours and here at  https://consult.kildarecoco.ie/

Submissions or observations in respect of this proposed deletion can be made in writing to ;

The closing date for receipt of submissions is 5pm, Wednesday 11th March 2020. Submissions made should include the full name and address of the person making the submission and submissions received outside of the public display period will not be considered.  Your name will be included in the Chief Executives report on submissions received.

Submissions or observations received will be taken into consideration by the Council before deciding whether or not the proposed deletion should be made.
A copy of any submission or observation received will be forwarded to The Minister for Culture, Heritage & the Gaeltacht for her observations.
