I object to the inclusion of 'The Gallops Avenue' in this draft plan (Ch 5 and Table 5.4 - Priority Road and Bridge Projects). This road proposal will not address the needs the transpost needs of the county. Furthermore it does not have the support of the majority of Naas residents. This road proposal was democratically defeated in 2019 by Naas councillors (6:1 votes) who are on the record in Naas MD Council as stating this road proposal is outdated and not for for puspose. It is entirenly unacceptable to disregard this democratic decision and to continue to include it in the county development plan. 

The proposed Gallaps Avenue must be removed from the county development plan 2023-2029.
