Majority of Naas Residents rejected the road proposal (inclusion of "The Gallops Avenue" in this plan), which was also democratically defeated in 2019 by Naas Councillors (6:1 votes). It is unacceptable to feel that public opinion and votes against this road proposal are not taken seriously demonstrating a complete abuse of our democratic rights. We request that Gallops Avenue be permanently excluded from the County Development Plan 2023-2029 & that we do not have to make any further submissions in this regard.
