I request that the Council urgently review the need for the upgrade and development of the L5054 Ballygoran Local Road in order to:

1.  Help alleviate the traffic issues coming into Maynooth from the Clane, Straffan direction.

2. Develop the road network in a safe and sustainable manner in order to better utilise the Regional roads and interconnect Clane, Straffan, Celbridge, Maynooth & Leixlip (including Intel and the associated businesses) in order to improve traffic flow to serve major Employers in North Kildare.

3. Support the infrstructure needs for the sustainable development of the M4 Business Park based in Maynooth.
