I request that the Council consider the re-surfacing of the M4 Motorway at the junctions between Celbridge and Maynooth, which gives rise to excessive Noise Pollution for surrounding lands, housing and businesses. I request that the Council formally consider this request - including a review against EU Noise Related Laws & Regulations in order to assess any potential non compliance with recommended transport & acceptable noise levels for the public. I believe this falls under both Infrastructure & Environmental assessment and development needs.
