  I wonder please if we can find information on rezoning of lands in Roseberry, Newbridge, for the purpose of Housing development.

We believe in 2003/2004 the lands were zoned as residential for development purposes, but not sure why in 2013 the lands were dezoned. We are aiming to establish the reasoning for this, with the view to re-zoning for future development, and if so, if we can establish a timeframe.

We would be very grateful to hear any comments or thoughts on this.
