I wish to object to the planned amendments to the requirements for one off housing in Kildare.

The amendments to the development plan make it almost impossible for people who grew up in rural areas to live in their communities. The current development plan appears to be implemented on a discretionary basis with no real consistency or fairness. The proposed amendments will create further pressure on an already crazy housing market. 
Young people should be able to build where they grew up and the current requirements are strict enough.
