I object to the part of the plan below

. New Plan would - RESTRICT houses in many parts of the county to 15 per kilometre squared, LESS THAN HALF what is currently allowed by the old "Ribbon Development" rule. This will RULE OUT new houses in many traditional areas where families have lived for years. Other big changes are that you need to own 15 hectares to be classed as a farmer, and you need to have lived in Kildare for 16 years (was 12 years before now).

Despite a lack of house to buy or rent in Kildare, KCC really don’t want any one off houses being built in Kildare. 

Pushing through this development plan will give them grounds to refuse for many many years to come if not indefinitely. 

It will be practically impossible to get planning, even for a deserved family member
