Southbound traffic travelling on the R418 turn left onto the R415, Fontstown Crossroads. Proceed along the R415 to its junction with the R448 at Crookstown. Turn right onto the R448 and proceed to its junction with the R747, Athy. Turn right and proceed over the motorway onto the N78 and into the Athy Road Roundabout.

Traffic travelling North towards Kilcullen divert right at roundabout along the N78 and proceed over the motorway onto the R747 to its junction with the R448. Turn left onto R448 to its junction with R415, Crookstown, turn left. Proceed along the R415 to its junction with R418, Fontstown.
