PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES

SECTION 38 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1994

In accordance with the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994,

Kildare County Council hereby gives notice of its intention of:

Proposed Installation of 2 No. New Bus Shelters at the following location:

• Bus Stop 104361, Firmount Cross, Clane (East-bound); and
• Bus Stop 133131, Firmount Cross, Clane (West-bound)

Proposed Installation of 2 No. New Bus Stops at the following location:

• College Road/Aughamore, Clane (North-bound); and
• College Road/Aughamore, Clane (South-bound)

Drawings showing the proposed works may be inspected, by appointment only, during normal opening hours from Tuesday 1^st August 2023 to Wednesday 30^th August 2023 at the following locations:

Kildare County Council, Transport, Mobility & Open Spaces Department, Level 4, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare. W91 X77F

 and will also be available to view on Kildare County Council’s website

Representations relating to the above mentioned proposed works may be made in writing to the: Senior Executive Officer, Transport, Mobility & Open Spaces Department, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare.  Please include your Eircode.
