Kildare County Council proposes to make bye-laws under the Casual Trading Act 1995, to designate casual trading areas at the locations outlined below:
Designated Areas
Newbridge Liffey Linear Park
Newbridge Market Square, adjacent Eyre Street
Newbridge – Town Hall Adjacent
Newbridge Edward Street
Rathangan adjacent to junction Market Square/Chapel Street
Kilcullen Market Square
Monasterevin, Main Street
Kildare Town, Market Square
A copy of the draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2022 - Kildare Newbridge Municipal Districtmay be viewed or inspected during the period from Thursday, January 27, 2022 to Friday, March 11, 2022 (both dates inclusive) at the following locations during normal business hours:
