Within 6 weeks of receiving the Chief Executive Report (02/0702021) The Elected Members of the Athy Municpail District must consider the Proposed Material Alterations and the Chief Executive's Report and decide whether to make the LAP with all, some or non of the Material Alterations as published.

The Members of Athy Municipal District at a special meeting on 3rd August 2021, adopted the Athy Local Area Plan 2021 - 2027 which comes into effect from 13th September 2021.
