Kildare County Council wants to know if you have an interest in allotments and community gardens.
Kildare County Council are preparing to develop a ‘Kildare Allotment Strategy’, from which one potential allotment location may be identified in each of the five Municipal Districts: Leixlip-Celbridge; Clane-Maynooth; Naas; Newbridge-Kildare; and Athy.
To understand the demand for allotments and to prioritise the delivery of potential sites for such schemes in Kildare, we want to hear from you via our online survey.
Whether you are an individual or part of a local community group, we’re inviting you to submit your ideas for suitable locations for allotments in your town/village that are in accessible locations, are easily serviced, and are large enough to facilitate potential allotment developments.
The closing date for submissions is 5pm, Tuesday July 4th 2023.
