The Council has commenced a Mid Term Review of its Traveller Accommodation Programme (TAP). This is being undertaken in consultation with the Local Traveller Accommodation Consultative Committee (LTACC).
As part of the process, public submissions are invited.
The current plan and related documentation can be accessed online on the Council’s Consultation Portal (www.kildarecoco.ie) or copies can be requested from the Traveller Accommodation Section, Housing Department (Tel: 045 980991).
Submissions or observations with respect to the review can be made online on this Consultation Portal.
Or in writing to: Administrative Officer (Traveller Accommodation), Housing Department, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 X77F on or before 3:00pm on Friday, 19th August, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.
All comments, including names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this consultation will form part of the required report to be presented at a meeting of the LTACC and Council's elected members. Accordingly, they will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and may appear in the public domain.
