The road closure will be executed as a rolling road closure, which means the location of the works will progressively shift along the estate roads throughout the closure period. This method is essential to ensure the installation works proceed efficiently while maintaining maximum accessibility for residents. As the works reach individual properties, access will be adjusted to come from the opposite side, and the site team will communicate directly with the affected residents to keep them informed.
Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
