Southbound traffic travelling on the N78 proceed to junction with R417, Carlow Road, and turn right. Proceed to Maganey and turn right onto the R429. Take first turn right onto road leading back to Athy.
2. L8065 – R429 – R417 – N78
Traffic travelling North R429 proceed into Maganey. Turn left onto R417, Carlow Road, and proceed to N78. Turn left onto N78 and proceed to next junction, Fortbarrington Road.
Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
