PROPOSED TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS

SECTION 38 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1994 (as amended)

In accordance with the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 (as amended), Kildare County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to:

Proposed Junction Improvement Works at the Intersection of L5021 / L5022 at Ticknevin Bridge, Co Kildare.

• Realignment and Modification of the road surface and junction layout at the intersection of L5021 / L5022.
• Improved road markings and signage.

Drawings showing the proposed works will be available for inspection at the following locations from Tuesday, 10 March 2026 to Thursday, 9 April 2026

• The offices of Kildare County Council, Level 1, Aras Chill Dara, Naas, Co. Kildare Monday – Friday between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.
