PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES
SECTION 38 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1994
In accordance with the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994,
Kildare County Council hereby gives notice of its intention of:
Proposed Revision of Road Layout including New Footpath at Ardclough, Co. Kildare.
Drawings showing the proposed works may be inspected during normal opening hours from Tuesday 15 August 2023 to Monday 18 September 2023 at the following locations:
Kildare County Council, Transport, Mobility and Open Spaces Department, Level 4, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare
and will also be available to view on Kildare County Council’s website.
Any objections, submissions or representations may be made in writing to the A/Senior Executive Officer, Transport, Mobility and Open Spaces Department, Level 4, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare or by clicking "make a submission" on or before 5.00 pm on Monday 25 September 2023.
