PROPOSAL TO DECLARE A PUBLIC ROAD
Lane adjacent to Bridge House, Celbridge, Co. Kildare
Kildare County Council, in pursuance of Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, intends to declare the lane adjacent to Bridge House, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, to be a public road.
The drawing to support this proposal will be available for inspection from the date of publication of this notice until 5pm on Tuesday, 31 May, 2022, at the Transportation Department, Level 4, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 X77F and will also be available to view on Kildare County Council’s consultation portal:
All comments, including names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this consultation will form part of the statutorily required report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Celbridge / Leixlip Municipal District. Accordingly, they may also be included in the minutes of that meeting and may appear in the public domain. Kildare County Council is subject to the provisions of Freedom of Information (FOI Acts 1997 and 2014) and the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2013.
