Proposed Material Alteration #23. Investigate the feasibility of an Outer Ring Road.

This is the Naas Local Area Plan for 2021-2027 and includes an increase of more that 10% of new residents for Naas. The Outer Ring Road is needed to accommodate the increased size of Naas. The documents states that the development of the road would not be completed within the time frame of the plan. This is irresponsible. The road should be planned for and included in this 2021-2027 plan.

The proposed alteration ties in with Proposed Alteration #22. Residents have stated that the responsible future of Naas requires the Outer Relief Road and not the road proposed by alteration #22. It is the responsibility of the council to plan an Outer Relief Road for the 2021-02027 time frame, and not just to investigate the required road.
