Commercial Rates Incentive Grant Scheme 2023

Privacy Notice: Kildare County Council is seeking the information below from you to process your application for the Commercial Incentive Grant Scheme 2023.  The lawful basis for processing this information is Section 66(3) of the Local Government Act 2001

Any personal information you provide will be used only for the purposes of submitting and processing your application.  Details contained in this application may be shared with other Departments within Kildare County Council to verify eligibility.  It may be necessary to share a high level description of the names and numbers of businesses applying and the amounts awarded to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage for reporting purposes.  Kildare County Council undertakes to retain the personal data you supply for no longer than the duration of the Commercial Incentive Grant Scheme plus a further 5 years.
